Ensembles begin with a custom invitation, white envelope, and response card with white envelope.Classic Line Ensemble - Starts at $300 for 50 guestsSingle page invitation with up to 3 layers of cardstock and one matching embellishment (ie. ribbon). Deluxe Line Ensemble - Starts at $400 for 50 guestsFolded invitation with up to 3 layers of cardstock. May include up to two of the following: matching embellishment (ie. ribbon or brads), hand embossed images, and textured or punched features.Prestige Line Ensemble - Starts at $500 for 50 guestsTri-fold, pocket, or large format invitation with up to 4 layers of cardstock. What is the process for ordering custom invitations, favors, or scrapbooks from Chic Ink?Step 1: Contact us to set up a consultation. For our out of town clients we send you a sample set and questionnaire for $15. We follow up with you to discuss the questionnaire and request a $150 deposit to begin design work on your creations. You receive 2 custom mock-ups with your deposit. For our local clients we meet in person to show you our extensive sample collection and complete the questionnaire together. We request a $150 deposit to begin design work on your creations. You receive 2 custom mock-ups with your deposit. Step 2: Once you approve a final design - keep in mind that some mock-ups go through multiple designs before final approval - we request a 50% deposit to begin work. Step 3: The remaining 50% of your balance will be due upon delivery. Step 4: You receive your products and are ready to show them off! Don't forget about our referral plan and repeat customer discount.How much notice do you need to complete my project?The lead time depends on the occasion. See the list below for a guideline. Of course, these are rough estimates, so be sure to contact us if you have a rush project. Rush projects may be subject to an additional fee.Save the Date: Ideally, you will mail these out 6-12 months before your event. We prefer 4 weeks lead time to finish these. Invitations: For weddings, these should be mailed at least 4 months before your event. We prefer 6-8 weeks lead time to finish these. For all other events, plan on mailing at least 2 months before your event. We prefer 6 weeks lead time to finish these. Programs and Party Favors: We prefer 4 weeks lead time for these projects. Scrapbooks: We prefer 6-12 weeks lead time for custom scrapbooks, depending on the length of the book. How much does it cost?Because Chic Ink is a fully customizable service, prices will vary. Below is a rough estimate of our prices. We have 3 levels of custom wedding invitations: Classic Line, Deluxe Line, and Prestige Line. View more details on our Collections page. Save the Date, Programs, and Thank You cards start at $5 per piece. We love grouping these with our wedding ensembles. Save big when ordering together. Baby Announcements start at $4 per piece Engagement party, Birthday party, Retirement party, Graduation party invitations start at $4 per piece. Party favors start at $3 per piece. What is not included in the price?Shipping charges to you are not included in the price listed. This will be provided in your quote, though. In addition, postage to mail your announcements and invitations are not included. Sales tax will be charged on orders placed within Washington State. Orders shipped outside Washington State will not be charged sales tax. In addition, scrapbook albums are not included in the quoted price. Heather has been working for a local not-for-profit research facility as a Project Manager since 2001. After finishing her Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Washington, Heather knew she needed an outlet to express her creativity. Her desire to teach others the art of rubber stamping and paper crafting turned into a customer base that wanted to purchase pre-made invitations, scrapbooks, and party favors. That's when Chic Ink was born. We pride ourselves on high quality, unique, and custom-made paper projects. Heather has appeared on the King 5 Morning News demonstrating paper craft projects for Halloween and Valentine's Day.Heather is also proud to be a Founding Board Member for the Seattle chapter of Wish Upon a Wedding.
